DobixHub provides digital services and consulting including website design, development, integrations, business analysis, ERP consulting, e-commerce consulting, brand and identity services, and related services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are agreed in writing before work commences.
All quotes and proposals are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A proposal does not constitute a binding agreement until both parties have confirmed in writing (email confirmation is sufficient). We reserve the right to adjust a quote if the scope of work changes significantly after initial agreement.
Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal. Work typically commences upon receipt of the agreed deposit. Final deliverables or access to hosting environments may be withheld pending receipt of final payment. Late payments may result in work being paused.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives ownership of all custom work created specifically for them. DobixHub retains ownership of any underlying frameworks, tools, templates, or methodologies used in the delivery of services. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and access to the systems, platforms, or content required to complete the work. Delays caused by the client may result in timeline adjustments.
DobixHub's liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.
We warrant that our services will be delivered with reasonable care and skill. We do not warrant specific business outcomes such as increased revenue, search rankings, or conversion rates, as these depend on factors outside our control.
Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days written notice. Payment for work completed to the date of termination remains due. Deposits are non-refundable unless DobixHub has failed to commence work within the agreed timeframe.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
